Locations: Buenos Aires or Mar Del Plata 

The ideal candidate for the Technical Developer is one with experience in Web Development technologies that support projects involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies (formerly known as ExactTarget), as well as other Web Development platforms.

This individual takes the requirements written by a Technical Consultant and writes back end code that supports the activities performed by the Front End Developer.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop website solutions and infrastructure integrating with different web technologies following the department’s best practices and requirements provided by the technical team lead on each project
• Leverage proprietary Scripting language from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to allow messages and landing pages to contain dynamic content
• Support the Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign teams with technical questions
• Analyze and estimate small or isolated technical tasks/projects
• Act as technical leader and reference on complex and/or extensive projects

Technical Knowledge

• Gain technical knowledge and expertise in Web and Email Technologies
• Acquire technical knowledge from work experience, department education and training paths
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in computer science or similar degree
• Intermediate to advanced English written and verbal skills, including client-facing and internal
• Two to four years of programming and client facing experience combined at the minimum
• Positive Attitude and pro-activity
• Microsoft .NET or PHP knowledge
• Microsoft SQL knowledge
• Experience in Web development platforms (CMS, Web development frameworks, javascript, etc)

• Software development certifications
• Front end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) platform experience
