Here I am going to talk about 5 Marketing Cloud sessions that I’m excited about:

This session is a must! Every year at Dreamforce, Salesforce presents what is new with their products. This year Salesforce has been a game-changer for communities around the world, and Marketing Cloud has been utilized in helping a lot of industries during the pandemic.

If you want to keep up on what’s new with Marketing Cloud, this is the presentation for you. Explore what is new across different channels; Email, mobile, social, ads, web, analytics, and Powered by Einstein artificial intelligence. This is a must to attend; I really recommend that you start from here!
2. Ethics of Marketing Personalization
Do you know what your company does with the data that they have? How about the security they have in place to protect that data? Consumers expect that brands use their data with responsibility, while being transparent and thoughtful with their information.

Just a fun fact, on December 8, 2020, by 16:34 CST a total of 184,780,000,000 emails had been sent out! That’s a lot, don’t you think?
