Account Manager

Locations: Chile and Argentina

The ideal candidate for the Account Manager position will have strong communication and relationship-building skills. As the client’s main point of contact at Devs United, it is the Account Manager’s job to ensure overall account health, client satisfaction and quality of services delivered.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong and lasting client relationships based on trust, asking better questions and delivering true, measurable and sustainable results. Guide the client toward making wise decisions based on your strong understanding of ecommerce marketing and lead generation
  • Become a trusted resource for your assigned customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Find new and creative ways to grow the revenue of your assigned accounts while adding value to the assigned customers
  • Monitor account health to identify and manage account escalations
  • Analyze overall account profitability to ensure the client is receiving real value while the agency is realizing a profit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or similar environment
  • Understanding of prospecting, including targeting, offer development, email marketing, CRM, CMS, SEO, and content development
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Documentation and presentation skills
  • Experience in compiling details needed to produce new Statement of Work(s)
  • Experience using Marketing Automation, CRM or digital customer platforms
  • Confidence, integrity and professionalism necessary to represent the agency to its client(s) and prospects
